Jake from Pritchards is very passionate and good at what he does – He arrived on time, was very polite and knowledgeable, and fixed what we needed in good time, but most importantly didn’t rush anything. Also had all parts needed on the van, so could handle everything in just the one visit. Highly recommended!

Had a problem with pipes freezing in the loft which caused the fittings to come off and caused massive leak in the night, water all coming through the ceiling – Pritchards was able to stop and sort all of this for us and also fix a small leak to the downstairs toilet. Very polite and good service, which I would definitely use again if we have any other issues.

Work was booked and then rescheduled. Also, when the work was carried out it was 100% professional and good quality. Will recommend using Pritchards for our jobs. They charge for the time on site only. Please note that my job was done on bank holiday Monday and no extra was charged for that.
