Really pleased with the work Pritchards done for us. It was only a small job, fixing a leak from a cistern, but they were professional from start to finish. Excellent communications, arrived exactly when they said they would and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone.

Had a problem with pipes freezing in the loft which caused the fittings to come off and caused massive leak in the night, water all coming through the ceiling – Pritchards was able to stop and sort all of this for us and also fix a small leak to the downstairs toilet. Very polite and good service, which I would definitely use again if we have any other issues.
